Words = Wisdom

I want to continue from the Live Heart of God last week regarding our “Words” and how powerful they are. I’ve also come to remember that they reveal so much of what’s in our own hearts.

God Says what comes out of our mouth is what in our hearts. “Ouch” I know I am working on the wait 1 minute before speaking and realize ONE MINUTE IS A LONG TIME! Then to remember is it Truth, is it Helpful and the one that always gets me is IT NECESSARY! UGH.

God showed me that we are Loved no matter what, but sometime we don’t believe we are loved and or accepted by God. Our identity is in other things.. and our words might help show us where our identity lies. When we come to realize who we are, and who’s we are, we can then represent Him well. May I give you some things to ponder in a possilbity your identity is not aligned to who’s you are. Do you find yourself comparing, or maybe feeling like your not smart enough so you shy away feeling less than, or maybe you have a title or an education and now that’s who you are. Maybe its in the car you drive, it makes you feel awesome or embarressed. These all may indicate that your identiy is in what you have, or what others think of you or your accomplishments. All these things are not who you are.

When we receive Jesus as our saviour, he’s died for us. Then and only then you can stand tall and come to know He’s your hero. (I call him my hero) I am the daughter of the King, You are the son or daughter of the King.

Ponder this:

The creator of the world God chose to create me Sophia (put your name ________,) because He desired to have a relationship with me (you), he didn’t have to create “Sophia”, but He chose to, because He wanted to love me, and build a relationship with me. Then His Son Jesus said I will die on the cross for Her Sophia. (insert _______ name)Because I wanted her to be able to boldly come to the Father and build this amazing relationship. Father God then said, because of my son Jesus I will put a piece of me in you; Holy Spirit you go and be with Sophia, (insert your name) you comfort her when she needs it, you strengthen her when she needs strength, you love her when she needs extra love, you help her when she needs help, be her teacher when she need teaching, guide her when she needs led, be her counselor when she’s not sure. BE HER BEST FRIEND AND NEVER LEAVE HER!

This is WHO YOU ARE…. Not what you do, or what’s been done to you. Not what you own, or what title you have. You are precious and special when you stop trying to impress others or even think you have to do everything on your own. You are not alone, you are created for a relationship, purchased with a high price. So let me end with LET YOUR WORDS REPRESENT WHO YOU ARE!

This week, maybe stop and journal what might have been a lie you’ve been believing, and write down who you are today.

Read: Matthew 15:18 But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these make a man `unclean. ‘ For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.

Ephesians 1:4-5 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to son-ship.

  • God considers us children of a Heavenly Father (2 Corinthians 6:18). When redeemed, we are again sealed into a special relationship with God. While sin can enslave us to the point of fear, believers in Jesus are adopted, receiving the same privileges as natural-born. Christians can approach God through an intimate relationship, even calling Him Father (Romans 8:16).
  • God values us as precious treasures, capable of honoring Him with our bodies and spirits. We were bought with a special price—“the precious blood of Jesus Christ” (1 Peter 1:19).

My Prayer, Father thank you for your undeserving, unwavering Love for Us your children. Help us to be Slow to Speak, Slow to anger and quick to Listen. Help us to know Who we are in YOU, you are our Identity. We are Loved no matter what.

Love in Christ Always, Sophia Daughter of the King

  1. I cried. I want to be what God wants me to be.

    The creator of the world God chose to create me, Kristy because He desired to have a relationship with me. He didn’t have to create “Kristy”, but He chose to, because He wanted to love me, and build a relationship with me. Then His Son Jesus said I will die on the cross for Kristy because I wanted her to be able to boldly come to the Father and build this amazing relationship. Father God then said, because of my son Jesus I will put a piece of me in you; Holy Spirit you go and be with Kristy, you comfort her when she needs it, you strengthen her when she needs strength, you love her when she needs extra love, you help her when she needs help, be her teacher when she need teaching, guide her when she needs led, be her counselor when she’s not sure. BE HER BEST FRIEND AND NEVER LEAVE HER!

    Thank you. I really loved this. Thank you Jesus.
